Love Yaself | Femme Luxe Finery

It seems that there has been a theme in my latest posts to give an update on the current situation so here goes last week's. Fortunately, there have not been many new cases of COVID-19 in Malta these past few days and some restrictions will be lifted as of tomorrow. For the first time in god knows how many weeks, the retail shops will open again! (Although I'm still going to stay home to be on the safe side.) I'm happy that things are starting to improve and I hope they will continue to do so. Now on to today's short post.

A few weeks back I was contacted by Femme Luxe Finery which is an online clothing brand based in Manchester, UK. They kindly sent me some items to try and I've been living in them since they arrived. The items I chose are all comfy loungewear as I needed a little refresh from the same 5 items that I had been wearing over and over! Besides loungewear sets, they also have a range of going-out items such as dresses, tops and shoes. 'Honey' white t-shirt - £8.99

I picked up two slogan t-shirts; the 'love yaself' black shirt and the 'honey' white shirt. I made a bit of a mistake when ordering the white shirt as I sized up for a baggy fit but ended with a t-shirt dress! I still will be getting a lot of wear out of it during warm days. The 'love yaself' shirt is a great reminder that we should all strive to accept ourselves for who we are. As RuPaul once said, "If you don't love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?”

The other two are a pair of navy joggers and a cropped sweatshirt. They are the cosiest and softest items I have and they are perfect for lounging about at home. The fact that the sweatshirt is a bit cropped makes me feel like I am a tiny bit more dressed up and put together than usual.
