Another month has gone by and I didn't even notice! I have to say that September came and went the fastest out of the last few months, probably because it the last month of summer and I was trying to make the most out of it. Now let's get on with my favourites.
Hello! A few weeks ago Born Pretty Store contacted me to ask if I was interested in reviewing some of their products. I immediately agreed as they have some lovely makeup items. Today I will be reviewing one of the items they kindly sent me.
The lollipop eyeshadow in 101 gold* is a lovely shimmery liquid shadow. As some of you may know I love anything with cute packaging and I love this one. I also like that is has a brush similar to those of lipglosses which makes application really easy. The shadow doesn't take too long to dry and when it dries you can be rest assured that it's not going anywhere. It didn't come of that easily even with makeup remover. My favourite way of wearing it is by applying some on my eyelid and popping some brown shadow in the crease. I think that this looks lovely, especially as an Autumn look.
Born Pretty Store is an online store that sells makeup, nail supplies, stationary and even clothing. They were even kind enough to give me a 10% off coupon code that you can use: EDLH10 (code is valid on items without discount)
What do you think of this eyeshadow?

Hello! As you can clearly tell my blog finally has a new name and layout or maybe you can't because you're new, than hello let me introduce myself.
I am Sarah, 16 years old currently living in Malta. I have had this blog for more than a year but I don't know if that counts as I only started taking blogging seriously last January. As I mentioned in my previous post and many other post before, I was not happy with the previous url which was sarahanne14.blogspot.com. Mainly because I had chosen it without thinking when I started and I felt like it did not represent my blog well and was not 'professional' enough.
That is why today I bring to you a kind of new beginning and relaunch of my blog. A few days ago I made the plunge and decided to change the url. While I was at it, I bought my own domain and a beautiful new template. Everything went well and without a hitch but I couldn't have done it without google and some tips that Bash from Hey Bash kindly gave me! I have also gone ahead and changed all of my social media usernames so everything will be as seamless as possible.
What Sarah Writes will not be any different than Sarah Anne but hopefully the content will be improved, I hope. So here's to a new chapter in my blog's life!

Hello! Today I don't really have a post for you but more of an update. I am also feeling a little poorly so please excuse me for not doing a proper post.
Hello! A few days ago I had some time on my hands (the summer holidays can be quite boring sometimes) so I decided to bake some cupcakes. They turned out quite good and as you can see from the photos they looked quite drool worthy!
Hello! Summer is soon coming to an end but the weather here in Malta is as summery as it can get! I can't wait till the colder weather comes as I can't really stand this heat anymore.

Hello! With school fast approaching (internally crying) I thought that I would put together a wishlist of things I want or need for school. This is also the first year that I won't be having a school uniform so I am in need of some serious back to school shopping!
Hello! It's been a while since my last favourites post, April to be exact! I usually do not buy a lot of products so I didn't really have any new ones to show you but today I am have rounded up some things that I used a lot during the month of August.
The Body Shop blue corn 3-in-1 deep cleansing mask // This is a lovely mask that helps to cleanse the pores and also helps to remove blackheads. I have already written a full review on this mask but I love it so much that I decided to show it again!
Revlon creme lipstick in 225 Rosewine // I actually took this from my mum's makeup bag (sorry mum) but she doesn't use it that much so it now lives in my makeup collection! The shade is a reddish brown one which I think suites me nicely. I find that reds don't look that good on me so this shade is a good alternative if you also have this problem. I love the finish and it is also quite long lasting.
Essence the nudes nail polish in 06 Baby Doll // If you read my Essence haul and review you will know that I have not had this for the whole month but I have been wearing it a lot so I decided to add it to my favourites. It is a lovely light pink shimmery shade which is I think that it is the perfect subtle shade.
H&M nail polish in Baby Blue // I snatched this up for only €1 during a sale while I was in Rome. I find the blue colour is gorgeous and I find that upon drying up it has a slightly matte finish. The only thing that I don't like about it is that it takes about 3 layers to make it opaque.
The Body Shop white mask smokey rose body lotion // I have fallen in love with this scent and I have been wearing the lotion everyday. I think that it is perfect and I wish that I also had the perfume because at the rate that I'm using the lotion it will be soon gone!
Have you tried any of these products?
